Coil Treatment Water Cleaning for Reuse

Description: This is a basic Model LV System used in the coil coating process line. The wastewater from the line passes directly into the LV. The contaminants are floated off and settled. The clean water is recycled into the process.
Comments: This is an extremely adverse environment and the Model LV has been operating for over three years with no problems.

Vehicle and Component Wash Down

Description: Equipment wash water flows from the washdown area under two added maintenance bays to a final sump pit. The wastewater is pulled from this pit by our standard centrifugal pump to the Model LV for processing. Note: The sump and sludge decant hoses plus the float control wire (in conduit) are all in a floor level trench with grating. The clean water is then discharged to the sanitary sewer. This application is a low level contaminant situation that was addressed to bring the discharge into compliance for sanitary sewer discharge. Their addition of mop water could become an issue to be addressed with A-620 Media if needed.
Comments: The Model LV has provided this small package delivery service company with the solution they were looking for: a durable, low maintenance, low operating cost unit that keeps them in compliance.
