Description: Customer has two sumps; one is used for the pressure washer to wash engines, components, etc. The other sump is for heavy solids, mud, silt and leaves that are washed from earth moving equipment by a water cannon. The pressure washer sump has floats for automatic control. The water cannon sump also has a float for automatic pump control. Water for the water cannon is collected in a 3000 gallon holding tank from overflow from the CLLV gray holding tank. Most of the overflow comes from rain water.
Comments: The system is unique and works so well it has been copied by other heavy equipment dealers using the Taylor CLLV units.

Engine Component Wash Down
Description: W.W. Williams installed a floor drain that connects to a large sump with weir under the washpad. They wash large diesel engines along with other truck components. Williams has several CLLVs in their facilities across the U.S. They also have used competitive oil/water separators. They have now not only chosen to purchase Taylor units for their facilities, but they are also the Taylor dealer in the State of Ohio.
Comments: With W.W. Williams being a user and dealer, it has helped us compare site to site situations. The main reason Williams went with the Model CLLV was low maintenance and cost of operation along with being operator friendly.
